Welcome to DayOne Staffing (“DayOne Staffing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services.
By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
DayOne Staffing is a healthcare staffing agency that connects qualified healthcare professionals with employment opportunities across our client network.
We provide recruiting, screening, coordination, and placement services. All opportunities are managed by our internal recruiting team, including roles fulfilled through direct client relationships and vendor management systems (VMS) or managed service providers (MSP).
DayOne Staffing does not operate as a job board or third-party job marketplace.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States (if applicable)
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
3. Candidate Applications
When you apply or submit information to DayOne Staffing:
- You agree that your information may be reviewed by our recruiting team
- You understand that submission does not guarantee placement or employment
- You consent to being contacted regarding relevant opportunities
DayOne Staffing manages candidate relationships directly throughout the recruiting and placement process.
4. Communications and SMS Messaging
4.1 SMS Program Description.
DayOne Staffing operates an SMS messaging program (the “DayOne Staffing SMS Program”) to communicate with candidates, applicants, and employees about staffing-related matters.
4.2 Consent.
By providing your mobile phone number to DayOne Staffing — through our website application form, contact form, recruiter intake, onboarding paperwork, or any other channel where you actively check a consent box or otherwise affirmatively opt in — you agree to receive SMS text messages from DayOne Staffing at the number provided. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of applying for any position, accepting any assignment, or receiving any service from DayOne Staffing.
4.3 Types of Messages.
Messages may include:
- Job opportunity notifications
- Application status updates
- Interview scheduling and reminders
- Credentialing and onboarding communications
- Shift confirmations, schedule changes, and assignment details
- Payroll and timecard reminders
- General employment-related notifications from your recruiter
4.4 Message Frequency.
Message frequency varies based on your application status, active assignments, and recruiter communications. You may receive up to fifteen (15) messages per month, though actual volume depends on your individual activity.
4.5 Cost.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
4.6 Opt-Out.
You may opt out of the DayOne Staffing SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting your recruiter.
4.7 Help.
For help or questions about the SMS Program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at contact@day1staff.com or 813-324-1341. Replying HELP will return our contact information and a link to these Terms.
4.8 Carrier Disclaimer.
Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
4.9 Privacy.
Information you provide in connection with the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely by DayOne Staffing to communicate with you about staffing-related matters.
4.10 Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile device, or have authorization from the account holder, to enroll in the SMS Program. You agree to notify DayOne Staffing immediately if your mobile number changes or is no longer in your possession.
4.11 Changes to the SMS Program.
DayOne Staffing reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials (if applicable)
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, copy, or distribute website content without permission
6. No Employment Guarantee
DayOne Staffing facilitates connections between candidates and healthcare facilities. We do not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Specific compensation
- Assignment duration or availability
Final hiring decisions are made by the client facility or through applicable VMS/MSP processes.
7. Third-Party Relationships
We may work with third-party systems, including vendor management systems (VMS) and managed service providers (MSP), to fulfill staffing services.
However:
- DayOne Staffing manages all candidate communications and placements directly
- We do not operate as a job board or aggregate opportunities from third-party marketplaces
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of DayOne Staffing and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayOne Staffing is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Employment decisions made by client facilities
- Interruptions or errors in website functionality
10. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
