Vanessa Pappas | President
Vanessa Pappas graduated with honors from California State University, Chico in 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in law. She began her professional career in banking operations, where she developed a strong foundation in process optimization, compliance, and organizational performance.
In 2011, Vanessa had the unique opportunity to manage and co-own a small café, where she drove a 200% increase in profits within the first 30 days through strategic operational improvements and customer-focused initiatives. By 2014, she was leveraging these skills as a consultant in the hospitality industry, helping businesses improve efficiency, profitability, and team performance.
In 2016, Vanessa transitioned into the legal field as a paralegal, supporting five Patent and Trademark attorneys representing major global brands including LG Electronics and Hyundai/Kia Motors. In 2023, she further expanded her legal experience by supporting the General Counsel for Coast Dental Services, LLC.
Vanessa entered the healthcare staffing industry in 2019 as a Junior Market Manager with Gale Healthcare Solutions. She quickly distinguished herself by setting the company record for fastest market growth, building the Jacksonville, Florida market to 1,000 billable hours per week in just seven weeks. By 2022, she was promoted to Director of Operations, where she led a team of 21 direct reports, oversaw business development across five states, and successfully increased account revenue in a challenging post-pandemic environment.
Following her tenure at Gale, Vanessa spent 15 months providing executive consulting services through StreamLD Consulting, partnering with leaders and organizations to improve performance, scale operations, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive sustainable growth. Her consulting work included customized business coaching, leadership development programs, fractional executive support, and team alignment initiatives known for their practical application and measurable impact.
Today, Vanessa is a part owner of DayOne Staffing, Inc., where she is actively involved in building and scaling the organization. Her decision to invest in and help lead DayOne reflects her deep passion for healthcare staffing and her commitment to supporting clinicians, facilities, and patients through high-quality workforce solutions.
Vanessa is recognized for her strengths in problem solving, operational leadership, and people development. She partners with executives, teams, and organizations to elevate performance, increase revenue, optimize productivity, enhance communication, and foster positive, high-accountability leadership cultures.
Aaron Littles
Aaron is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, (Bachelor of Science) and former United States Marine Corps Captain and Logistics Officer 2005-2011. As a Marine Corps officer, he had multiple deployments with commendations and Combat Action, he was responsible for all logistics operations for a Battalion Landing Team of over 1,000 Marines and Sailors. He grew in role and responsibility and became a Company Commander leading over 250 Marines and Sailors. After a successful and honorable tour of duty, Aaron transitioned into the financial services industry as a Program and Project Manager at JP Morgan Chase (2011-2017). He led multiple projects that had regulatory impact for the Auto Finance Business division. Awarded for excellence in the successful completion of a multi-year project that prevented a major fine to JPMC.
In 2017 Aaron joined Gale Healthcare to help launch the Chicago Branch. He successfully grew that office to 5K hours per week and over $10MM in sales in just 30 months. Over his tenure at Gale his role and responsibilities grew and he was named the Director of Operations in 2018 and subsequently promoted to COO in 2020. After successfully leading Gale through the COVID-19 pandemic and an estimated $1B Valuation on over $400M in revenue, Aaron was again promoted to a new role CTXO (Chief Transformation Officer) which is guiding Gale United into new ventures including the brainchild platform Aaron created, Springboard.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Aaron co-founded Per Diem Therapy Xperts (PDTX) alongside Saritha Ramasamy in 2024. Together, they built a specialized therapy-focused staffing firm dedicated to elevating patient care through highly flexible, reliable, and clinician-centered workforce solutions. Their shared vision positioned PDTX as an innovative partner to healthcare organizations nationwide.
